MUSIC MINISTRY
We offer music programs for all ages and skill levels at PGUMC! In addition to the programs listed below, we provide opportunities for both vocal and instrumental guest musicians as well as short-term choir participation with our seasonal cantatas.
Cherub &
Children's Choir
We have singing opportunities at Pleasant Grove for young children (age 3-1st grade) on Sunday afternoons at 4:30 p.m. and older children on Sunday mornings during Sunday School Club.
Coffee Chorus
Our Coffee Chorus meets every Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. for coffee, breakfast, and fellowship time. Rehearsals are 7:45 - 8:15 a.m. They sing twice a month at the 8:30 a.m. service.
Concert Series
Grove Band
The Grove Band rehearses on Sunday mornings and does the music for the 9:45 worship service. Contact Jill Boliek for more information.
Handbell Choir
Handbell Choir meets on Sunday evenings at 4:00 p.m. during the fall, winter, and spring months. They share music once a month at the 8:30 and 11:00 services. Contact Chris Dodson for more information.
Chancel Choir
Chancel Choir provides music for our 11:00 service on Sunday mornings. Rehearsals are at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings during the fall, winter, and spring. Contact Chris Dodson for more information.
